-What I Offer-
Athletic Mother Reset
Rebuild strength, confidence, and connection postpartum.
Strength Doula Method
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support through an embodied athletic lens. From the beginning of your birth journey to postpartum.
Vital Force Mentorship
High-touch guidance for women navigating motherhood, identity, and strength.
My Approach
I believe birth is both physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental—and the way you are supported matters.
With my background as an athlete and my work with women, I bring a unique perspective:
Training your body to work with labor, not against it
Building mental resilience and trust in yourself
Creating a calm, supportive environment where you can actually let go
This isn’t about a “perfect” birth. It’s about feeling strong, informed, and supported no matter how your birth unfolds.
Who I Work With
I support:
First-time moms who want guidance and confidence
Women seeking a natural or low-intervention birth
Athletes or active women who want to stay connected to their bodies
Anyone who wants a more supported, intentional birth experience
Let’s Work Together
Where strength meets motherhood
my birth journey
I became a mother through an unmedicated home birth attended by a midwife — an experience that transformed the way I see strength, femininity, and the body.
Bringing my child into the world naturally showed me that motherhood is not weakness — it is one of the most powerful, embodied experiences a woman can live through.
I found powerlifting when my daughter turned 6 months old. I discovered I had an uptapped strength that I needed to dive into. I became an elite powerlifter in just 2 years. When my daughter was 4, I became a bench National Champion and competed for Team USA in Norway. I turned out to be the 10th best bench presser in the world at my weight class.
As both an athlete and mother, I now help women reconnect to their bodies, move through motherhood with support and confidence, and feel strong in every season of becoming.
I am currently a student-midwife and work in a nearby birth center where I get to be part of the real, day-to-day work of supporting physiological birth and caring for families in an intentional way.
